PURITON IN DOUBLE YOUTH SWOOP |

Puriton United look to be building for the future following this week's signing of two exciting local prospects.
Ryan Cresswell, formerly of Flag Old Boys, has joined the club after two years out of the game with a damaged ankle following a freak motorcycle accident. Ryan joined the team's training sessions back in September in order to gain fitness but has now taken matters a stage further by signing on for the Division Three high-flyers and could make his debut this coming Sunday from the bench.
United also welcome to their ranks 17-year old Lloyd Hackling following his recent registration. Manager Rich Jennings seems particularly excited about his capture, commenting: "This boy has bags of talent and will be a fantastic player in years to come. He will be part of the youth team we are trying to build for next season and beyond. We will look to give him a few first team games to get settled in and see how we go from there".
