Following the mighty Grasshoppers recent lack of form, they have brought in an independent scout to offer a few pointers...
The scout, who prefers to remain unnamed, returned the following verdict:
The 'Hoppers need to learn to keep the ball a little better. This may occasionally result in playing back towards their own goal - they appear to be very direct.
The 'Hoppers certainly need to communicate much more and try to command the game in a way that they want it to be played, not as the opponents want it played. This may require losing the nice approach and for the team to get stuck in a little more.
And finally in this weeks reports, the 'Hoppers need to be together, to get some shape and hold it together. If a player drifts out of position, someone needs to pull him back or fill in for him.
End of this weeks report..more to follow next week...
